We are the educational institute involved in teaching and research activities. Along with Department of Mechanical Engineering, we have Department of Renewable Energy Engineering and both are working together in R&D activity. The work is going on toward utilization of biofuels in internal combustion engines. We are in need of collaboration with some industries and R&D centres for the joint work.
The current area of work involve the dual-fuel technology in CI and SI engines.

forgive me for asking, but why investigate drowning biofuels in a machine that by physics has an efficiency that is considered intolerable low?
Didn't history, the current climatic changes and the political situation teach us that the combustion engine is a technology that needs to be overcome instead of being fed by further means of fuel?
By simple math it can be demonstrated that biofuel in internal combustion engines is the least efficient, most expensive, least environmental meaningful way of harvesting, using or storing energy.
If in doubt, check the rainforest area cut down to grow palm oil in the same places.
Or the fact that the industrial nations as the largest consumers of energy have no chance to grow enough "biofuel" to even support private transportation, even less to cover the energy demand of the manufacturing industries, public and commercial transportation.
A simple number:
Germany's 17 Million hectares of agricultural area, if used to generate biofuel only, would not generate enough fuel to power the privately owned cars in Germany.
However, 0.14 Million hectares of solar panels arranged on waste land would provide enough energy to power 50 Million electric vehicles :-)
Wouldn't it be necessary for an educational institute to teach the next generation about far better ways instead of sticking to the ones known to be a dead end?
