I'm a student and new of this site. I'm searching a scientific articles that speak of treatment of poisoning by drugs, suicide attempt or incongrous ingestions. Excluding poisoning by heavy metals in the workplace.

It is not exactly clear what you are looking for, but are you perhaps trying to identify search methods for finding out more on this subject? If so, I recommend that you familiarise yourself with MeSH terms.
For example: searching the MeSH browser for "poisoning":

The search returns the MeSH terms relating to this subject.
You can then search on PubMed using the Advanced Search specifically using MeSH terms (select from the drop down menu).

I'm trying to use free terms and Boolean logic in Pubmed but the research results not exactly and included study of poisoning by heavy metals that I wil excluding in the study. Maybe I must search different terms or synonyms.. mmh.

Have you tried to start with a textbook of clinical toxicology?
I'm deviating the topic of the study to ingestion intoxication inconsistent with exogenous substances including suicidal attempts and therefore voluntary ingestion of such substances. So i think that I need something more specific
