Hello guys I am following Zhao et al. (2010) to do a mediation analysis using smartPLS.

According to their descriptions, when indirect effect (a × b) is significant but direct effect (c) is nonsignificant, it represents a full mediation.

Do I still need to calculate total effect (a × b + c) for their approach ?

In the smartPLS results, the total effect (a × b + c) showed nonsignificant. Can I still conclude a full mediation in this situation?
