The theoretical : practical parts ratio in Iraqi colleges of Agriculture for a long time till now  is nearly 1:1. Many specialists suggest to increase practical hours on account of the theoretical part which they advice to be more intensive  with up to date knowledge. So, what are your opinions, suggestions and expertise about this issue ?
