A glass full person is one who is saturated, who has content and structure, whereas a half full person is one whose structure and saturation is limited. The former has foothold - the tendency to be optimistic than the later. The opposite of optimism is despair. Hope and optimism are psychological capital - the PsyCap that drips to fill ones cup to the brim. Despair is a PsyCap that dries the glass full of potentials. When the ground shifts, those with saturation and content withstand the storm whereas the half-filled individuals will be blown off when the storm strikes.
