It was realized at the ICP-MS,the analyzes of the trace elements in the pyroxenes of a monomict eucrite , so I would like to know how to interpret the positive anomaly of uranium in the spectra of these pyroxenes?

Transition Metals have traditionally been found in the active site of an enzyme. Examples are Fe in Hemoglobin and Mn(?) in Cytochrome C. Thus, I would hazard a guess that U would be found in the active site of Pyroxenes.
Dear Mr. Kared,
considering the structure of common clino- or orthopyroxene where to you expect them to have accommodated U in their lattice? They may host U but it is not structurally related to these silicates.
