I am working on distribution system reconfiguration. In the paper "Optimal radial distribution system reconfiguration using fuzzy adaptation of evolutionary programming", in the figure a tie switch exists between buses 9 and 15, but in data of the system, it exists between buses 9 and 14. I visited other papers, but did not found my answer. I am confused. Can you please tell me where is the real location of this tie switch?

tie switch exists between buses 9 and 15, so data is for tie switch between 9 and 15, not for tie switch between 9 and 14.
u can also cross check data in the attached paper...
may be it is helpful....
