I seriously think research gate should reconsider the methodology used to generate RG. I have noticed that a person with 2 citations, 8 papers has an RG over 90. There should be some more factors to be considered, if RG score is to be considered a reliable indicator of academic performance.
Thanks Elliot for your relevant input, so there are cases on either side. RG certainly needs a complete overhaul, if it is to be considered as score for scientific reputation.
