Many researchers have mentioned in their researches that protein phosphorylation take a decisive position to regulate various physiological activity, from prokaryote to eukaryote.
So did anyone has taken the research on control the protein phosphorylation in wildtype microorganisms with aritificial induce?
You are probably not getting many answers to your question because it is too broad to answer well. There are thousands and thousands of papers that study phosphorylation and it's control on protein activity expression. However it is not a generic effect, there is no such thing as overall phosphorylation that is relevant. Rather phosphorylation is highly specific such that different physiological phenomenon that might be regulated by phosphorylation are regulated independently of other ones.

I have just read the research your team did about the wake mechanism of persister cells.As mentioned in this research that reduce cAMP could promote persister cell wake, does it mean protein phosphorylation is limited or not so important in the resuscitate progress of persister cells?
And during my research I found that if gram-negative bacteria stay in high osmotic press condition and suffer from heat treatment （above 60℃）meanwhile, they will form fibrous or crystal structure in vivo, which I think is a complex compound consist of ribosome, DNA, protein etc.The bacteria turn into dormant state to self-protection.So I wonder if it works through reduce cAMP to wake dormant bacteria just like wake persister cells?
Furthermore, can we assume that water itself is a stimulate factor to wake dormant bacteria without anyother nutrient addition?And the function of water is to re-establish cytoplasmic spatial conformation in vivo？

Nobody really knows all the signals for resuscitation of persister cells, but I don't think there is much evidence that phosphorylation plays a direct role.
