1. Gaining knowledge on the particular field is the main benefit.
2. Visiting high class laboratories give enough experience to build up new laboratories in own country.
3. Meet with other participants (scientists) really help us not only know their research in their country but also can learn new things in their culture (cultural diversification).
4. Participating the lectures given by experts not only give huge knowledge but also (in future) discuss with them solve many problems in the laboratories and they help us establishing new scientific equipment's in own lab.
