The journal which were not automatically read once uploading some articles considered as fake journals?

I was uploaded an article published in Asian Journal of Agricultural Extension, Economics and Sociology. Research gate was not automatically read the name of this journal. Does that mean that the journal is fake?

Hi Mohunnad,

Reserachgate favors a quantitative analysis of reviews: impact factor / referenced in recognized databases / DOI / frequency of deposits on the platform by RG members, etc.

The journal in question does not have to fill these criteria. It does not mean that it is a fake, but just of small audience, and thus weak quality or maybe emergent (recent).

My remark is only for journals publishing in English. Because some journals in national languages can be high-quality, but not recorded by RG which only browse in English.
