I have Q5 Quinoa seeds that had 60% germination rate in petri dishes , how much will be the expected germination rate in pots ? will it decrease and if it decrease how much is the percent of decrease ?

It is definitely reducing seed germination in pot
Because There are these problems:
Seedling overcome on soil particles
Reduce imbibition
Pathogenic contamination
Temperature changes,
It depends on seed viability. If your seeds are all viable, the statistically 'expected' germination is 100% across any substrate medium (germination in soil is not dependent on germination on petri dish). By the way, it's not actually a 'rate' because you are measuring a number (or %), not number per time unit. You can test for viability using the seed flotation test
