the BH is definitely is linked to the ideality factor. But, we cannot say the BH is linked with serial resistance. because mostly the Rs is resulted by the bulk resistance of the semiconductor.
There is no link between the series resistance and the SBH. However, the SBH can be "masked" if the series resistance is to high and limits the current instead of the equivalent Schottky resistance. It is a question of balance between both resistance, which one is dominant over the other. The ideality factor regroups everything that departs from the simple thermionic emission equation.
