Hi...

In every communication, there are sender(s) and receiver(s). The sender send message(s) to receiver(s) and expect that the receiver(s) will responds accordingly. In some occasion, this is true. The receiver(s) get and understand the message. Even they believe it as a truth. Even, they use it as their reasons for doing something. But, sometime, the message could be ignored. The receiver realize the incoming message, but they don't think it as an important thing. They just let it go.

So, I am thinking that there are some levels of the receiver(s)' reactions toward message(s) sent in a communication.

My hypothesis is as following.

Level 0 . the message do not reach the receiver

Level 1 . the message do reach the receiver but is not understood

Level 2 . the message is understood but ignored

Level 3 . the message is believed and become the receiver belief

Level 4 . the message is taken over as the receiver view point

I need some references related to the levels.

Please help me

Best regards
