TGA SDT Q600 - Weight Balance Issue?

We have a SDT Q600 TGA-DSC instrument and It shows an error message of : “Cannot Tare Instrument. Weight Signals Unstable (228).” Is there a way to fix it?? Any leads will be helpful.
