Tell me the rating of the submersible pump?

Dear all, I need some help from u. how much hp submersible pump is needed for a 400 feet 7" bore (The bore is of 800 feet depth) , and need a discharge 2.5" out from the motor. (no idea on pressure, but the purpose is in industry)
