I am working on improvement of Judd-Ofelt parametrization with high scientific significance, if I succeed.

What I need and I am not able to obtain are the:

1. Judd-Ofelt parameters of Tb3+ doped material,

2. refractive index values, Sellmeier equation or at 545, 585 and 620nm

3. Corrected emission spectra, with direct excitation to 5D4 level.

I would gladly list anyone as co-author if they could do the measurements and calculations listed above.
