PRISMA guidelines will provide a good resource to understand the proper way to conduct a meta-analysis. RevMan software is easy to use, you can check youtube for the explanation on how to use the software.

Systematic review is the qualitative part of the research where we narrate the papers collected and their findings.Meta anslyis is the statistical analysis of the filtered papers for finding out the effect size of the same.
