I would be very thankful if anyone can suggest me the simplest way to synthesize magnetic nanoparticles based conducting polymer composites? The magnetic nanoparticles could be metallic and/or oxides in nature.
You can simply dissolve polymer in DMF or chloroform and also mix nanoparticles in it along with surfactants. Once DMF or chloroform evaporates, you get a thermoset polymer with nanoparticles inside. Dry completely by heating to 60 to 100 deg. C.
There are two main ways to obtain nanoparticles, upside-down and bottom-up. For your application I recommend Upside-down method like disolving magnetic material and later passing to a polymeric solvent solution and do some like Dr. Subramanian says.
