@Mekonnen, I have already visited this group and I am also member of this group but I did not fix the problem after reading solution available at this google swat group

1. Please check the observed files (formatting, any missing sub-basin/hru)

2. check 'var_file...'. Number of sub-basin/hru must be consistent in 'observed.txt, observed_hru.txt', and 'SUFI2_extract_hru.def'.

3. Check file.cio. Ensure the start and end dates are same as SUFI2_extract_hru.def'. Check the spin up time 'NYSKIP' in the file.cio so that number simulation years matched with the years mentioned in 'SUFI2_extract_hru.def'.
