How to convert following Lat/Long to desired ones?

Dear Researchers,

I have attached one figure. Please have a look and tell me how can I get the Red Colored values. I have Lat/Long in degree decimal and I need the red colored values. How it can be obtained for rest of my data? Also what is the name of this co-ordinate system?
