You should check whether the journal has already published similar survey papers. Consult also the journal's instructions for authors.
Hi Dr Gratien Twagirayezu . In all types of papers , publishing in a reputable journal is the best choice.
There are journals that are demanding for this type of paper, but I think it is a question of verifying if any impact journal publishes them.

Research methodology could be survey based or experimental. The decision whether to publish or not publish survey based research will depend on the rigour with which the survey was conducted, the survey design and the soundness of the methodology applied, reliability of the data collected and the method used for data analysis.
Survey is just one research method…the acceptance for publication by reputable Journals I think depends on the originality and amount of new knowledge generated among others.
