Hello, please can you tell me how to determine the surface diffusion coefficient for a particular crystallographic plane (e.g. {210} in bcc). It would be sufficient relatively with respect to other plane e.g. {100} - lets say the diffusion in this plane is two times higher than in this one.

And additionally can it be influenced by the fact that this is not pure metal but a solid solution (even if they are of the same lattice type). Or can such values be found somewhere in a literature? I have found it just for few elements and for only a few types of planes.
