Sun have chemical based Electromagnetic field chaos , hydrogen and oxygen elements.

Water can easly composed by H and O elements at internal close electric field loops and travel to space during self magnetic field detachments. Earth can capture sun based water from space and collect at magnetic north with core based self magnetic field. For south pole , there is a question ; magnetic reversals can collect seperated water or ice core data from sun flares as differ than climatic water condensing. Thus magnetic north ice caps and its sedimentation have seperated as different ice core data at geographic poles. Our directed electric field experiment is supporting this possibility as similar to earth magnetic field..

I haven't heard of this approach... This could explain why there is no water on the surface of Mars, which behaves similarly to Earth. and based on this logic, we can draw many interesting and novel conclusions. Example to our solar genesis.
