currently, I'm using STATA for the meta-analysis of polymorphisms but is so time-consuming since we should change the table labels and create a separate Excel for each genetic model.
would you please introduce me better meta-analysis tools without the above steps, which be more user-friendly?

Dear Hosna,
That should not be a problem in STATA. You can create a variable that defines your different models. You can use a subset command (if statement) to restrict the analysis to a particular model. If you learn some synthax commands than changing the labels should also be very easy/fast.
