I am working on a project that includes gene delivery to the brain. my intentions are encapsulating a gene in a Chitosan NP and IV administration the NP to rats.
beside plasmids is there any common antisense oligonucleotide that is being used for this kind of work? and also does it matter with which color we label the oligonucleotide? (CY5, FITC, ...?) thanks
