We need to identify the electrode sites in the deep nuclei of mouse brain using labeling approaches. Any markers can be pasted on the surface of the eletrodes before inserting into the brain? I hope the markers have no effect on living cells but can labe the traces of the electrode.

Or, Any other simple methods for indicating the electrode sites? Thank you.
