How is the IF of a journal is calculated whose title changes recently? How do you recommend to publish in such a journal (new in title)? Though a quite good number of volumes (>50) were published and had a very good IF (>2.00) for the previous title of this journal.

If the journal has a good IF (compared to other journals in the same field), then the title change will affect the journal for a short while, one year or two, and then it will return to its IF pace, increase or decrease, depending on the number of citations it receives.
