In my dataset there are 4 IVs and 16 DVs.
3 IVs manipulated within-S, of those 2 are nominal and 1 ordinal.
One IV manipulated between-S, and is nominal.
Design is unbalanced (some combinations of the IV values do not exist)
I appreciate any suggestions on analytic approaches. Thank you !
What are your researcher questions? Do you have different theories that imply different models? I think commentators will also want to know about your sample, both the size and how it was selected.
Which IVs (IV combinations) explain most of the variance?
Which DVs are most/least sensitive to changes in the IV?
You have 3 nominal IVs and 1 ordinal IV. How many IV combinations exist in the data? Is there any additional information about restrictions on input space? Does the input data include an orthogonal array?

There are 16 combinations of the IV in the data.
Some combinations are confounded (level of IV1 and 2 tested only once). I'll drop these.
