Hi friends I hope u people are doing well science. actually I am working in protein -protein interaction area and during interaction steps my interest of gene getting up regulation by incubation with ligand but I want to establish the status ( Correlation) of other genes those are involve in the same pathway. Kindly suggest me any authenticate software that will solve my problem.
