Success or issues using an invitrogen NuPage gradient gel with the Bio-Rad turbo transfer system for westerns?

I ran a Coomassie and western blot using NuPage gels 4-12% and with my western blot had little to no signal. A few things: from the Coomassie, my gel was definitely overloaded, which I’ll fix in the next iteration. One part I’m most unsure about was my gel to nitrocellulose membrane transfer step. Visually, the ladders transferred fine, but is there a potential issue with Invitrogen gels not being well compatible with Bio-Rad’s Turbo Transfer system?
