Are there methods to discuss the local stability of epidemiological models at any equilibrium point except the Routh-Hurwitz method?
Because the Routh-Hurwitz method, it is becomes complex for model from four equations or more.

A simulation study is a good solution for complex epidemiological methods. In this case, MATLAB is preferable, after that you can try R too.
