Can any one help me in providing a guide, template, or papers that may help in the structure of the " study context" section in my theses
The study site is a hospital and i have a data about HR, patient and staff satisfaction, and some adverse events reports. I want to desribe the hospital context in term of these data in academic lenguage and I want a guide in doing this.

It is possible to correlate these with patients compliance. Relevant papers are available in internet. If you provide your email, i will send you some by which you may correlate this events with patient safety and improvement.

There is a very large literature touching on the triangulation of these types of data sets with regard to a hospital. I don't think there is probably a guide to how to do this for a thesis but I suggest you look at some of the academic, research and evaluation materials available on this subject - basically quality. Avedis Donabedian is the father of the systematic assessment of the quality of hospitals - his books are widely available. Angela Coulter is another author who deals with this very much in academic context. There is a number of websites you could look at to get references and read reports. I would recommend

These will all come up in searches and all have frameworks you can use.
By the way I don't agree with the previous answer that compliance is always a correlate of some of these measures. Compliance, experience and safety have complex links and the links can be quite weak (e.g. considered non-compliance and the search for alternatives can relate to high quality care because the clinician patient relationship is empowered). However, no doubt our colleague will be providing useful materials!! and he has a point of course. Let me know if you can't find these websites or what you want.

I think you can find inspiration and methodology from ethnographic studies of organisations. Goffman (1961) has made many studies. One example is when Goffman studied mental hospitals as total institutions. The point is to study and describe organisations with an ethnographic focus in the meaning of seeing things in context. The culture is focused.Thus the historical tradition and the socially phenomenon are very important when understanding and describing the context. A good method book is Silverman´s "Interpreting Qualitative Data" (2014), see chapter 9.Ethnography with several studies in health care. Another researcher I will recommend is Mats Alvesson, Lund University.
