Hi everyone, please help me for my study.
My study is SNP association using archives samples in my lab.
My questions are:
1. What is my study design, is it a cross sectional study?
2. How to count the sample size? Is it using the common formula N=Z²P(1-P)/d²

What research questions are you trying to answer with the archived data? Do you only have genotyped SNPs? Or both genotyped and imputed SNPs?
