Is there any way to further increase PtIr20 wire to make it as strong as SS304 or SS316 0.5mm wire?

I know that PtIr can be cold worked but Im not sure if it will reach similar hardness and strength to a SS wire.

This wire is used as a medical needle(cannula)/implant sensor so it needs to pierce the skin to about 5-7mm deep.
