Stored E. F. cultures are frequently changed to new media but by doing this cultures losing their metabolite producing ability so what can i fallow ?

By using what chemical the endophytic fungi regain their metabolite production...I just re-cultured the E. fungi for 4 times, it has shown very low biological activity when compared to previous so what method can i fallow.

You amend the growth medium by using host extract because that extract may have some precursor molecules which may allow that organism to maintain the metabolites production either at same level or in case of decrease that may not be as fast as in used mediumn.
