Stoichiometry values at Anode and Cathode?

Hello Researchers,

I am modelling a PEMFC at Matlab. But i can not understand what is the meaning of stoichiometry at anode and cathode.How to find its value. If we can find it from anode and cathode reaction then how? I think its not the stoichiometric ratio. I need it because of calculating consumption rate of hydrogen.i am attaching a picture where the equation is given.Please answer my question as soon as possible.

Stoichiometry means the numerical coefficients in a chemical reaction equation, in your case, reactions at the cathode and the anode. Thus Zeta sub c will look something like an equilibrium constant
