I have the RT-qPCR data (CT) of two different target genes measured at different time points along with a housekeeper gene. I have calculated the 2^(-ddCT) values. Now I wonder how I can check if the expression of the genes correlate with each-other and which graph I can use to represent it in the best way.

N.B.: I didn't use any standard.
