"StandaloneDMP" Problem with Dimatix 2831 inkjet printer?

Hi all,

I recently experienced a problem while printing with Dimatix-2831 inkjet printer. The printer stopped printing in the middle and and showing some error messages (attached below). After closing the messages and restarting the printer, I found the "cleaning cycle" tab vanished and half of the "cartridge" tab vanished in the "Cartridge Setting" window. Also, the printer started printing from a new starting position. Anyone else experienced this? I would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
