SPSS Process Model 5 (moderated mediation) interpretation

Anyone knows what is the difference between running a mediation X-M-Y and moderation X-W-Y separately compare to a moderated mediation model 5(which is only the direct effect of X and Y being moderated ).X-M-W-Y

Their interpretation seems similar since no indirect effect being moderated. Need help. Thanks.

X- independent

W-moderator
