Given the attachment below of the off-axis eirp density mask of an ESIM operating at a frequency band of 27.5 - 29.5 GHz, how can I model its mask based on:

1. the frequency off-set (in MHz),

2. the mask, and,

3. the reference bandwidth in (in kHz).
