You have mentioned most of the parameters. However, I would also suggest you to include liquefaction index, vulnerability index, spectral acceleration and probable ground amplification. With all these, your hazard map will be complete.

I agree with all the parameters mentioned by Badal, Rajib and others. As Dr. Dibakar and others have mentioned, one can perfect the parameters for developing a vulnerability map by analysing the history of landslide events and the causes for its happening in the region. You can recall the famous quote "Past is the key to the future".

useful spatial factors (especially for EQ-triggered landslide susceptibility): curvature, topographic roughness(ruggedness) index, distance to (active) faults, relative slope height ... and have a look at your landslide inventory: anti-dip slope failures, high on slopes, are classical markers for seismic triggering (as normally would be stable) - though dip-slope failures, near the river, for sure also occur (massively) during earthquakes - but would not allow you to distinguish them from non-seismic failures.

Other factors to take into account are:

Foliage (pastures, crops, forest)

Thickness of floors.

Distance to the seismic source

Maximum acceleration of the ground during a maximum earthquake

Slopes or terrain slopes

Maximum rains, maximum annual rainfall peak (hydrograph)

Rocky basement: stratification, fractures, foliations, alterations and weathering of the rocks

Water table.

Fluvial erosion in meanders (outer zone of the meander).

Slopes on roads (poorly designed)

These are all good answers above. I would add the below:

Check topographic map for signs of "hummocky" topography. This is evidence of past slides and creep.

Look for the angle of any trees on the slope. Trees growing perpendicular to the angle of the slope have slid somewhat in the past and such ground will be unstable.

Are there any slope cuts? Cutting into the slope will reduce the shear strength.

How deep is the colluvum on the slope. Deeper soils can provide for the buildup of greater pore pressures.

Too often forgotten is the fact, that geodynamic movements (long-term subsidence or uplift), even when slow and a-seismic, can influence the susceptibility to mass movements. Geodetic precise leveling should be included, if the data are available from your area. Another factor might be the existence of surface-near active fault zones. These are often visible on radar images due to the subtle reflection of the surface topography on radar images. Even older, larger fault and fractures zones can influence the dynamic of slope failure. A detailed structural and tectonic analysis of your research area should be included.

Given the large number of suggestions, should be sought, practical and effective, that can be used in their model if it is a prediction, the generation of transfers and other movements en masse. Once implemented, the success in the model should be tested, therefore the result will be valid, with several interactions with their respective changes or, on the contrary, the model should be discarded.

When you study landslides induced by earthquakes, there may be predisposing factors involved such as seismic data, Geospatial of earthquakes distribution and periodic data, land surface temperatur, and water level anomaly. However, it depends on the environmental condition of the study area and number of factors you wish to consider for analysis and how the data are available. In one of my studies, I also used tectonic geomorphology of river profile and SL-slope. You might wish also to use the density of structural features such as lineaments. It would give a great insight of how tectonic may evolve a landslide. Thanks
