Source for Tobacco BY-2 Cells in the United States?

I'm looking for BY-2 cells in the United States for some metabolic assays. Does someone know where I can order them, or possibly a generous soul that might share a culture?

Try calling ATCC (American type culture collection, www.atcc.org ). They are a repository for cell cultures, and also verify culture identity. The alternative is to look up recent papers that used these cells, and reach out to those researchers.
