Someone that works with Eker rat already analyzed their brain regarding calcifications?

Eker rats are animal models (knockout the TSC2 gene) for the tuberous sclerosis complex, and in some humans,this disease generates cerebral calcifications. The literature about the brain of these animals is still very rare. I wonder if someone works with this animal and know especially about, cerebral calcifications.
