Yeah Graphpad is great but if you need something to graph and do stats, you can also just learn Python or R. There's tons of great material out for stats with Python, R and Julia.
The only legal solution, if you don't have direct access to the software, is to share the data with a potential co-author and have them plot your data. You can also check if you institution has any shared-resource computers (e.g. the library) or even another investigator in your department.
