I am working on micro structure evolution. I didn't t find any useful sources on modeling and programming the recrystallization by phase field mothod. I would be appreciate if anyone can give me some suggestions in using related source for programming the recrystallization.

The code is based on the Kobayashi-Warren-Carter phase field model for grain evolution, which is one of the primary models from which to consider modeling recrystallization.

Since your question is mainly about modeling and programming resources, I strongly recommend to use OpenPhase: http://www.openphase.de/ which is an open source software for Serval phase field models. I guess it will help at the beginning with your initiation in phase field modeling and its implementation.

I do not know the book in detail, but there is one book only about "programming phase field methods" by S Bulent Biner. I suppose the book supplies some codes to try out. The table of contents seems appealing.
Programming phase-field models is not difficult for the most simple cases, I mean for simple phase transformations and when you have only diffusion as a transporting mechanism. I am considering you are working with FDM methods.
I can recommend one book, if you need an introductory one, both for the theory and for the computer modelling applications, the book by Provatas and Elder. In the book, you will also find the classical references for deeper learning and understanding. Source codes are also supplied, but they have some small typos...
