Hi, I need to convert power transformer no-load losses information from ANSI/IEEE to IEC, would anyone know of a published reference that presents this conversion?
IEEE C57.12.00 only defines no-load losses and load losses, both of which are usually expressed in kW (load losses are usually given at different loadings).
IEC 60076-1 defines the no-load loss, no-load current & load loss. Since there is an additional term (no-load current), I assume IEC's no-load loss isn't equal to ANSI/IEEE's.

Edit: My goal is to simulate an ANSI transformer in a power flow simulator based on IEC (both at 60 Hz), and obtain the same losses as if I had simulated it in an ANSI simulator that considers no-load losses (ETAP doesn't).
Ah, they're the same thing afterall (IEC no-load current = IEEE excitation current).
It might help to go back to the basic instrumentation and test procedures for the open-circuit and short-circuit tests of transformers.
The typical instrumentation is to record voltage, current and active power (3 instruments configuration) during these tests.
The open-circuit test is done at nominal winding voltage, so the current and active power are the "unknowns", the values to be determined/measured in the open-circuit test.
The short-circuit test is done at nominal winding current, so the applied voltage and active power are now the "unknowns", the measured values in the short-circuit test.
The open-circuit test results are used to determine the shunt branch on the equivalent transformer model (aka magnetizing or excitation branch), while the short-circuit test results determine the series branch on the equivalent transformer model.
