There are existing some of that kind of materials. For example Ba(NO3)2 is the only one nitrate (scientifically proved) to be non-hygroscopic, does not form hydrates, but is well-soluble in water. The goal of my research is to find a representative iron-based compound with above mentioned properties.
Because we're focused on using that coumpounds for synthesis expecting that they are free from absobed water. Just to weight them accurately for certain precursor content.
