Hi, I extracted my soil samples (pH 5.8-6.3), with 2 molar KCl to analyze for nitrate and ammonium with AA3 HR . But there is some problem in machine that can not be fixed. Now I have another option in lab, IC (ion chromatography) machine.
Can I use the same extract for IC?
