I was hoping someone might be able to give me some recommendations for soil DNA extractions kits which they've had success with recently. I've been using Zymo miniprep kits for the last year but have had trouble with long supplier delays. I have also used Powersoil Pro kits but never had much luck with consistently isolating DNA of reasonable quality with them. Thanks in advance.
